I live in Chicago, which is a great food town, and I love all things that involve food and wine!  I learned to cook when I was very young, and today one of my favorite things to do is have people over for good food and great wine.   I decided to start this blog to share my experiences at some of the great Chicago restaurants and bars, my thoughts on some of my favorite wines as well as some great recipes.  You might notice that I seem to like all the restaurants I write about; that would be true.  I typically shy away from writing about places that I don’t think are worth visiting.  I’ll also throw in a few funny stories and some thoughts on cooking tools too.
